How It Works

  • 15 or 30 minute introduction call, (complimentary and no obligation).

  • Productivity needs assessment. This acts as a starting point for the process and a baseline to measure progress.

  • Half-day kickstart session, in person or online. This is a workshop-style session. It is the foundation for subsequent online sessions.

  • Kickstart summary and action plan, highlighting both short and long-term areas for improvement.

  • Follow-up sessions for 3,6 or 12 months. Sessions will be tailored to support your goals.

  • Templates, guides and supporting materials will be shared throughout the process.
