Invest in a Better Workday

Building and maintaining momentum for your team is a win-win, leading to happier employees and increased productivity for the organisation.


A 2025 report from the World Economic Forum, in collaboration with the McKinsey Health Institute, found that companies prioritising well-being report up to 20% higher productivity and reduced absenteeism. These investments also help attract and retain top talent, as well as reduce recruitment costs.


However, according to the world’s most extensive study on employee experience and well-being, organisations still aren’t quite getting it. Professor Jan-Emmanuel De Neve of Oxford University noted that while “87% of business leaders say they believe that prioritising employee wellbeing could give their organisation a competitive advantage... only 35% do so”.
